To your favourite pancake mix add 1 tablespoon of Fabulous Cacao + Mushroom Protein per half cup of mix. Add 1 tablespoon of frozen wild blueberries per half cup of mix. Stir through and make and cook your pancakes as you usually do.
To finish sprinkle with cinnamon, top with more blueberries, a splash of maple syrup and a dash of some coconut kefir or yoghurt. Add a squeeze of lemon.
TIP: I like to use a gluten-free buckwheat pancake mix made with almond milk.
