Cacao with Benefits Chia Pudding

Dessert or breakfast with the benefits of organic cacao, maca and mesquite. 


 ¼ cup chia +  1-inch fresh grated ginger + 3 round teaspoons MY TRIBE TYPE ‘cacao with benefits’ + 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk + ½ cup coconut yoghurt, unsweetened natural + nut meg whole + 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs + berries for fresh seasonal fruit optional 


Mix together chia, MYTRIBE TYPE ‘cacao with benefits’,  grated ginger and coconut milk. Cover and refrigerate till morning or for 4 hours.

Taste the mix in the morning. If you like more sweetness mix in a touch of  Manuka honey. Dress it up in the morning with yoghurt , fresh grated nutmeg , ginger and cacao nibs. TIP:  add fruit like berries or cut orange for seasonal variety.  Serves 2.
