About Mobo -

“Established in 1963, we are a South Australian disability enterprise that exists to enable people living with a disability and their families to be the best they can be. We do this through providing employment and related support services.

Our brand was formed from the merger of two successful disability enterprises, Hands On SA and Finding Workable Solutions. This merger has secured the jobs of more than 70 staff and over 200 supported employees across 12 sites in the metropolitan and regional areas.

The new name Mobo stands for freedom, which is embodied every day through the organisations vision of a world where disability is no barrier to leading a fulfilling and satisfying life. The freedom we embrace ensures each and every persons input is valued.

To be the best we can be, Mobo believes it is essential to operate in a team environment where everyone respects and cares for each other, recognising it starts with each person respecting and caring for themselves. At Mobo our people are supported by clear expectations to be accountable for their work. It is this style of teamwork and care amongst the team at Mobo which empowers our employees to get on with their work and feel they are supported in all aspects of their work and life every day.

How are we different?

Our focus on trust is paramount to our strong reputation we have built over the many years and by doing this are highly regarded within the community as an organisation you can rely on. Our vibrant new brand is flexible and agile and we believe every opportunity is worth considering. We strongly believe it’s important to listen to our customers so we can properly understand their needs and work as hard as we can to provide the most desirable solution.

The team at Mobo work hard and have fun, believing that a bit of fun is essential to getting the best out of everyone, so long as we remain respectful and accountable for our responsibilities to each other.

Mobo is passionate about supporting the disability community and embraces inclusivity. It is through the engagement of our people, our business partners and the broader community that we are able to help people with disabilities develop skills and the freedom to live the best life they can.” - MOBOGROUP.COM.AU 2019
