How it works.
- Upon purchase you will receive a welcome email to arrange your first one-on-one zoom coaching session with Amanda.
- Then you will receive your unique guidelines and a suggested shopping list.
- You will be invited to join the WhatsApp group. This is where you find your daily meal inspiration and extra group support as Amanda shares everything she makes and eats that day.
- 2 x 1 hour one-on- one coaching sessions

- Daily Whatsapp call check in except Saturday and Sunday
