If you are unsatisfied with your order despite our efforts to provide you with best possible product please contact us at hello@mytribetype.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns and refunds are negotiated on a case by case basis. 


out of stock items

At MY TRIBE TYPE we always endeavour to fulfil you orders. Due the rarity of some of our ingredients or in situations when an item is in high demand there may be a delay. We will notify you by email to see how you would like to proceed with your order. In this situation we are happy to send you the available items of your order with the remaining items to come as soon as they are back in stock (at no extra shipping cost). Please contact us at hello@mytribetype.com with any questions. 


damaged or defective items

In the unfortunate event that your order appears damaged from shipping, please contact us at hello@mytribetype.com. Please include a photo of the damaged items. We will get in touch and work to fix the situation as soon as we can.
